Spindletop Hamburger Delight

 

Ingredients
2 pounds ground meat
¼ pound sausage
1 large onion, finely cut
2 cans tomato sauce
1 large can peeled tomatoes
3 teaspoons chili powder
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushrooms, undrained
6 ounce package of noodles
Cheese of choice

Instructions

Put meat and sausage in large skillet to brown; add onion, salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes, chili powder, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and mushrooms. Simmer all this, then add noodles to thicken. When noodles are cooked al dente, put into a casserole dish and top with cheese of choice. Bake in the over at 350° until bubbly.
